Daemonhunters are led by Inquisitors of the Ordo Malleus who sworn an oath to defend and wage a covert war against humanity's greatest threat, the physical manifestation of Chaos itself, the Daemons.
An Inquisitor of the Daemonhunters has access to every member of the Imperium, Imperial Guards and even the Space Marines, and can requisition local troops at a moment's notice to combat against humanity's foul nemesis.
When Daemonhunter's Inquisitors are up against an overwhelming scale of deamonic infestation, they may call upon the only force, even surpassing their Space Marine brothers, capable of dealing with such infestation, the Grey Knights.
